TASP is proud to offer a virtual Communities of Practice on best practices for assessment of English learners.
Presented by Aisha Leftwich, Kimberly Schletzer, and Melanie Smith.
Participants will develop a problem-solving lens focusing on the cultural and linguistic factors involved in evaluation of EL students.
This event will be worth a total of 3 PD hours, and will be presented in a hybrid format (part asynchronous - do at your own pace, part synchronous - a live Q & A event).
You must complete BOTH the asynchronous and the synchronous portions of this CoP to get the 3 PD hours.
Registrants will receive:
1) a link to a folder containing a recorded video presentation and a number of resources to review
2) a link to attend a Communities of Practice event held via Zoom on December 3 at 3:30pm CST
